Noel Felix, a junior at Fresno Central High, won the boys 300-meter hurdles in 39.95 seconds at the Gateway to Track and Field Invitational at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Stadium in Clovis, Calif. Felix also took third in the 110-meter hurdles in 15.15.
